We are currently recruiting Bank Support Workers to support a range of clients within their own homes. Our clients have a variety of complex care needs and require compassionate, reliable, and person-centred support to help them live safely and independently. Support may include:

  • Personal care
  • Manual handling and mobility support
  • Supporting clients in the community
  • Assisting with daily routines and activities
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Working alongside families and healthcare professionals

We are looking for adaptable and proactive individuals who are confident working in different home environments and can provide high standards of care tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs
  • Driver with access to a vehicle essential
  • Flexible and reliable approach to work
  • Compassionate, patient, and person-centred attitude
