Location: Southwest London

Salary: £28,500- £30,500 basic + uncapped commission

Working hours: 40 hours per week, Flexible working arrangements between the hours of 6:00am and 9:00pm Monday to Saturday, working at least one late night per week.

About the Role

As a Certified Enforcement Agent, you will:

  • Visit properties within your local area to enforce Warrants and Liability Orders
  • Assess financial situations and agree on affordable repayment plans
  • Oversee payments received for cases allocated to you: handling cash payments, managing receipts and other required documentation.
  • Identify and support vulnerable individuals by signposting relevant services
  • Maintain professionalism and comply with all legal requirements
  • Strive for continuous improvement and report to management about ways we can improve our offering or our operational efficiencies.
