We're recruiting for a Sales Manager to join one of the leading brands within the specialist lifestyle sector. The Role
As Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the showroom, leading and developing the sales team while driving revenue growth and ensuring every customer receives a first-class buying experience. Working closely with the directors, you'll monitor performance, maximise sales opportunities and maintain the highest standards across the sales operation.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating and developing the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Driving sales performance while maximising profitability
- Managing showroom presentation, displays and stock availability
- Overseeing online listings to ensure they remain accurate and engaging
- Structuring finance and insurance (F&I) deals while maintaining regulatory compliance
- Monitoring sales enquiries and optimising lead conversion through the CRM system
- Delivering an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to handover
- Tracking team KPIs and reporting sales performance to the directors
- Coaching and mentoring team members to maximise individual and team performance
- Supporting recruitment, training and ongoing development of the sales team
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive within the automotive or leisure vehicle industry
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with excellent commercial awareness
- Experience structuring finance and insurance products (F&I)
- Confident using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy sales environment
- Full UK driving licence (Category C1 would be advantageous)

Working Hours
