Store Manager
to lead a recently refitted telecoms store
in Aberystwyth.

What's in it for you: £33,500 basic salary. Performance-related commission with an
OTE of approximately £43,000. The opportunity to lead a modern, recently refitted store. Training tailored to your experience and ongoing support from the wider business. More about the role: Taking responsibility for the store's sales performance, customer experience and day-to-day operation. Leading from the shop floor and setting clear expectations for the team. Coaching colleagues to improve their confidence, product knowledge and results. Managing performance consistently, including having constructive conversations when standards need to improve. Monitoring KPIs and putting practical plans in place to improve results. Planning staffing effectively and maintaining strong operational standards. Overseeing compliance, stock management and store presentation. Building an accountable, supportive team culture. Successful applicant: An experienced retail Store Manager, or a strong Assistant Manager with substantial people management experience. Previous telecoms experience is preferred, although candidates from other sales-led retail environments will be considered. A track record of coaching teams, addressing underperformance and improving results. Confident making decisions and running a store with a high level of independence. Commercially aware, organised and comfortable balancing sales with operational standards. An approachable leader who can build trust while holding people accountable. Passionate about customer service, technology and developing a successful team.
