Job Title: Store Manager
Location: Merry Hill Shopping Centre
Basic Salary: £36,500–£38,000, depending on experience
OTE: Circa £57,500–£59,000 per annum, with further earning potential
Shift and schedule: Full-time, 5 days on, 2 days off, including weekends and evening shifts. Trading hours are 9 am-9 pm Monday to Friday, 9 am-7 pm on Saturdays, and 11 am-5 pm on Sundays.
Priority Recruitment are pleased to present an opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy telecoms store at Merry Hill Shopping Centre.
This is a role for someone who enjoys leading from the shop floor, developing their team and taking ownership of results. With strong earning potential and an existing Assistant Manager in place, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the store's performance.

Taking responsibility for the store's sales performance, customer experience and day-to-day operation.
Leading from the shop floor and setting clear expectations for the team.

Monitoring KPIs and putting practical plans in place to improve performance.
