Role Overview: Support a male client living with a brain injury in his own home, assisting with daily living and social activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support and assistance with daily living tasks.
- Plan and facilitate social activities, outings and community engagement.
- Transport the service user into the community using your own vehicle.
- Assist with cooking, eating out and other leisure activities as appropriate.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience working with brain injury clients.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Valid UK driving licence (automatic or manual).
