Thriving Healthcare is excited to present this brand-new opportunity for an experienced Support Worker in York. We are searching for a Support Worker to assist our client living with a brain injury, supporting with daily living and social activities and personal care.

Role and Client
- Our client is a male requiring 1:1 support in his own home with personal care and social activities.
- Supporting our client with a brain injury and OCD.
- Our client enjoys eating out, cooking and gardening.
- The shifts are 24 hours including a sleep.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support in the client’s home, including personal care and assistance with daily living tasks.
- Support with social activities and engagement.
Qualifications
- Must be able to drive and have an automatic or manual UK license.
- Previous experience with brain injuries and OCD is essential.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Driver – you will be required to drive the service user’s own car (automatic).
