Key Responsibilities:
- - Attending residential and commercial addresses to carry out debt recovery activity
- - Completing income and expenditure assessments with customers
- - Negotiating affordable repayment arrangements and securing payments in full where appropriate
- - Managing your own daily workload and appointments
- - Completing relevant reports and case documentation accurately
- - Taking control of goods where required in line with regulations and company procedures
