Company and Role

You will be supporting a gentleman who has had a stroke and lives with a visual impairment. The role involves helping the client maintain independence, engage with the community and follow daily routines while ensuring his safety and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing 1:1 support in the client’s home and community
  • Prompting and supporting with daily living activities (e.g., personal care, routines, and household tasks)
  • Supporting the client to attend community activities keeping him safe from potential hazards

Salary & Benefits
