Job Title: Store Manager
Location: Felixstowe
Basic Salary: £28,000 per annum (increases after passing probation)
OTE: Between £40,000 – £45,000+ per annum
Shift and Schedule: Trading hours are 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Saturday; closed on Sundays. 5 out of 7 days working pattern.

Role Responsibilities:
- Providing personalized product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Assisting customers, answering queries, and explaining product features.
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Processing transactions accurately via the POS system.
- Monitoring inventory levels and restocking as needed.
- Ensuring the shop remains clean and organized.
- Creating a welcoming environment with excellent customer service.
- Driving sales results by meeting targets and KPIs.
- Leading and motivating the team by example.
- Contributing innovative ideas and demonstrating strong communication skills.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in sales management.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in guiding a team to achieve sales targets.
- Proven success in fast-paced environments.
- Passion for technology and staying current with industry trends.
- Consistent high sales performance record.
