Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Felixstowe

Basic Salary: £28,000 per annum (increases after passing probation)

OTE: Between £40,000 – £45,000+ per annum

Shift and Schedule: Trading hours are 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Saturday; closed on Sundays. 5 out of 7 days working pattern.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Providing personalized product recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Assisting customers, answering queries, and explaining product features.
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • Processing transactions accurately via the POS system.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and restocking as needed.
  • Ensuring the shop remains clean and organized.
  • Creating a welcoming environment with excellent customer service.
  • Driving sales results by meeting targets and KPIs.
  • Leading and motivating the team by example.
  • Contributing innovative ideas and demonstrating strong communication skills.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in sales management.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in guiding a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Proven success in fast-paced environments.
  • Passion for technology and staying current with industry trends.
  • Consistent high sales performance record.
