Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Staffordshire

Pay rate: £55,000–£65,000 per annum (including car allowance)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full Time

– Own month-end management accounts and commentary for senior leaders

– Monitor cash flow, working capital, and support treasury management

– Oversee financial statements, reporting, and compliance

– Support strategic decision-making and performance reviews

– Mentor and develop junior finance team members

– Maintain and enhance financial systems, policies, and procedures

Who You Are:

– ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with 3–5 years PQE

– Technically strong and commercially minded

– Skilled in leading or mentoring within small teams
