Location: Staffordshire
Pay rate: £55,000–£65,000 per annum (including car allowance)

About the Role:
– Own month-end management accounts and commentary for senior leaders
– Lead budget setting and quarterly forecasting cycles
– Partner with HR on salary reviews and bonus frameworks
– Advise leadership on financial strategy and risk management
– Monitor cash flow, working capital, and support treasury management
– Oversee financial statements, reporting, and compliance
– Support strategic decision-making and performance reviews
– Mentor and develop junior finance team members
– Maintain and enhance financial systems, policies, and procedures
Who You Are:
– ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with 3–5 years PQE
– Technically strong and commercially minded
– Skilled in leading or mentoring within small teams
