Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit Legal Collections Handlers to join their expanding team based just north of Sheffield City Centre. The role will involve managing pre-legal debt recovery cases, negotiating payment arrangements with customers, and progressing suitable accounts through the legal recovery process. - Making and receiving collection calls while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach
- Updating case records accurately and ensuring all actions are fully documented
