Location: Llandudno, covering Bangor and the wider North Wales area

Basic Salary: £33,500

OTE: £42,000+ per annum

Shift and schedule: Full-time, working 5 days over 7. Hours will vary in line with the trading hours of the store being supported. Regular travel between Llandudno and Bangor will be required, with occasional travel further afield.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established telecoms retailer in a regional leadership role, predominantly supporting stores in Llandudno and Bangor. Your base store will be Llandudno, where you will receive training and support from an experienced Store Manager before working across the wider area. The role is designed to prepare you to step into permanent ownership of a store when the right opportunity becomes available.

  • Proven people management skills, with experience coaching and developing teams.
  • A strong commercial track record of achieving sales targets and improving performance.
  • Comfortable leading from the shop floor and setting the standard for others.
  • Flexible and able to travel between Llandudno, Bangor and other locations when required.
