We are searching for someone active and passionate to assist our client living with cerebral palsy and epilepsy, supporting them outside of school with lots of social and community work!

- Our client is 13 years old, requiring support in the home and for activities including personal care and the use of hoists.
- Supporting our client with cerebral palsy and epilepsy and gastrostomy/PEG feeding.
- Our client is an active thrill-seeker and enjoys activities such as bowling, car racing, cinema, swimming and the theatre.
Successful Applicant:
- Must be able to drive and hold a UK license.
- Previous experience supporting children with complex conditions (brain injuries and epilepsy is desirable).
- Must be physically active to support the service user with a busy schedule.
