Key Responsibilities
- Shape & deliver B2B or B2C product propositions that meet business goals while addressing the needs of lounge & travel service partners, banks, payment networks, and customers.
- Lead end‑to‑end proposition development, from concept to evaluation, managing objectives, target audience, commercial models, value propositions, product‑market fit, and GTM strategy.
- Take ownership of proposition outcomes, balancing strategic goals with execution excellence and iterating based on results and feedback.
- Define and manage proposition KPIs, using data to prioritize, iterate, and measure success.
- Monitor launch performance, track commercial impact, customer engagement, and operational delivery, driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Commercial, Partnerships, Legal, Compliance, and Product Management teams to ensure propositions are effectively delivered and improved over time.
- Prepare compelling business cases and strategic narratives to guide investment decisions and GTM planning.
- Advocate for customers, ensuring propositions are innovative, relevant, and competitive in the market.
- Champion best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of the propositions function.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behaviours to inform proposition development and positioning.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and lead cross‑functional alignment to drive the proposition vision across the organization.
What we are looking for
- Solid experience in strategic product, proposition, consulting, or commercial planning roles, preferably within fintech, travel, or financial services.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering customer‑centric propositions with cross‑functional impact.
- Strong experience with business model design, customer journey mapping, or service design.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams.
- Skilled at building business cases, defining KPIs, and using data to drive decision‑making.
- Adept at managing multiple workstreams in a fast‑moving, matrixed environment.
- Experience mentoring or managing teams is a plus.
