Job Description
To support the management and financial accounting roles to prepare the month-end accounts and reporting.
Main Duties:
- Create monthly management accounts file, ensuring all Sage transactions are captured and trial balance reconciled.
- Monthly gross profit reconciliations, analysis and accruals.
- Monthly overhead prepayment and accruals.
- Balance sheet reconciliations, including banks and intercompany.
- Assist expense processing and accruals.
- Assist sales ledger and purchase ledger with reporting and advanced ad-hoc problem solving.
- Other ad-hoc duties and reporting as required.
