  • Build nurturing, trusting relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.
  • Support daily routines, including personal care where needed, and take part in off‑site enrichment activities.
  • Promote emotional regulation, independence, and positive behaviour using creative, therapeutic approaches.
  • Contribute to creating a safe, consistent, and inclusive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Caring, resilient, and enthusiastic individuals with a strong desire to make a difference.
  • Experience in ASD, SEMH, or SEN is welcomed but not essential — full training will be provided.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) are valued, and we offer opportunities to gain accredited Supporting Teaching & Learning qualifications.
  • Strong communication skills, a calm approach, and willingness to work as part of a supportive team.

In Return, We Offer

  • Extensive employee wellbeing support, including Employee Assistance Programme and Wellbeing Champions.
  • Blue Light Card access for discounts across thousands of UK retailers.
  • Refer‑a‑Friend bonus – earn up to £1,000!
  • Fully funded Level 2 & 3 Supporting Teaching & Learning qualifications.
  • Health Shield Plan (after probation).
  • Enhanced maternity/paternity leave (after 12 months’ continuous service).
