What You’ll Do
Your day at Beech Tree Farm will be packed with hands‑on, impactful support work, including:
- Creating a safe, nurturing, uplifting environment
- Being a dependable, positive role model
- Encouraging independence through activities, routines, and daily support work
- Working closely with your team to provide personalised care
- Keeping clear, accurate records
- Supporting household tasks and meal prep
- You may be asked to provide gentle, supportive personal care to help the people we support feel comfortable and well looked after
