£12.60 – £12.80 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)

Your Role as a Support Worker
- Supporting adults with their emotional, physical, and social wellbeing
- Building trusting, positive relationships so individuals feel safe and valued
- Encouraging independence and supporting the development of daily living skills
- Supporting activities at home and out in the community
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver personalised support plans
- Keeping accurate records of progress, activities, and any incidents
- Helping with everyday household tasks, including cooking and cleaning
What We’re Looking For
- You don’t need previous care experience — just the right values and attitude.
- We’re looking for people who are:
- Caring, patient, and resilient
- Confident communicators with a positive, can-do approach
- Flexible to work a rota including days, evenings, weekends, and waking nights
- Hold a full UK driving licence (essential due to needs of our individuals)
- Willing to learn — full training is provided
Please note: This role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an Enhanced DBS with barred list check.
