About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Estates Technician to support the ongoing development of our multi-site care home estate. This is a key operational role, combining day-to-day maintenance with oversight of estates activity across multiple sites. You will work closely with the Estates Lead to ensure the estate is safe, compliant, and operating efficiently, while also playing a central role in coordinating maintenance activity.
