Are you an experienced Technician with mechanical knowledge looking for a varied role within a successful, growing and market-leading company? Then our client based in Fleet might just be looking for you! In the day to day of the role, you will be taking incoming sales enquiries from mostly repeat customers and taking specifications for bespoke Engineering packages and replacement parts, which you'll advise customers on. You'll be liaising with customers via telephone and email and be responsible for all order entry and will be involved in high-end service and repair enquiries. Associated benefits as the Internal Sales Technician: •Salary of 35k p/annum •Discretionary 10% annual company profit share bonus •Monday to Friday 8.30am 5pm (1 hour lunch) •Working with a friendly, relaxed and supportive team •23 days holiday rising by 1 day per each year of service (up to 25 days) plus public holidays •Enhanced pension scheme •Free on-site parking As the Internal Sales Technician, you will: •Receiving incoming customer enquiries for bespoke engineering packages and parts •Troubleshooting for parts and taking part and repair enquiries •Handling any service enquiries from customers •And more! What we're looking for: We're seeking an experienced Technician with experience in taking customer specifications and building bespoke quotations to suit customers' needs. Ideally, you'll hold a qualification in Mechanical Engineering (at minimum HNC Level). You'll thrive in a varied role and will be sales-oriented, although this is not a sales role and there will be no cold-calling.
