About the Opportunity

A Global B2B AI Marketing Platform is looking for a UK solicitor with 5+ years' experience with Commercial Contracts and SaaS Agreements for an ongoing engagement starting as soon as possible. The work will involve:

  • Supporting commercial contract review and negotiation for a fast scaling SaaS organization.
  • Review, redline, and negotiate outbound commercial agreements in support of the sales function.
  • Provide transactional support to help facilitate contract execution.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support timely deal turnaround.
  • Operate independently within an existing sales contract review process.
  • Support periods of increased contract activity as business needs fluctuate.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support deal velocity, ensuring contracts move efficiently through the review and approval process.
  • Serve as a trusted legal partner to sales, balancing risk mitigation with business objectives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Please note this is a UK-based role, reporting directly to the Company’s Head of Legal (based in the US). Occasional availability outside standard UK hours may be desired to support the team’s Singapore operations.

Compensation: $100 - $125 per hour

Required:

  • The work will be performed as the client's direct independent contractor/outside counsel (solo trader).
  • Invoices will be submitted through the Priori platform and are payable per the client’s standard payment terms (Net 30 Days).
  • Candidates must be able to work full time (40 hours per week).
  • The work will be performed remotely.
  • Please note that the Priori platform requires dollar-denominated billing & payments. You should state your bid in USD, and account for any potential taxes and exchange rate fluctuations when doing so; your rate will be set at the start of the engagement and will not fluctuate month to month.
  • Following payment, we use a trusted transfer partner to transfer your legal fee component to your local bank account. Transfers may be subject to fees imposed by our transfer partner or your bank, including FX fees, processing fees, or other charges depending on the specific network used to effect the transfer.
  • We encourage you to account and hedge for all potential fees (including tax implications) and any FX / exchange rate risk you may encounter when quoting your rate to clients.
