The ideal candidate must have:
- Direct, demonstrable and recent experienceassessing the T Level Technical Qualification in Education and Early Years —Early Years Educator (EYE) pathway.
- Detailed knowledge of the specific occupationalspecialism, assessment arrangements, awarding organisation processes andrelevant industry placement expectations.
- Ability to take over an existing T Levelassessment caseload and work independently from the outset
- Experience of workplace observations, learnerreviews, progress tracking and employer liaison in relation to this T Levelpathway
- Recognised assessor qualification (for exampleCAVA, A1, D32/D33 or equivalent).
- Relevant Level 3 or higher qualification inEarly Years, Childcare, Education or a closely related discipline.
- Current knowledge of early years practice,child development, safeguarding and applicable statutory frameworks.
