Prior + Partners is seeking an experienced Associate Landscape Architect to join our London studio, working across a diverse portfolio of masterplanning and placemaking projects in the UK and internationally.
About Prior + Partners
Founded in 2018, Prior + Partners is a multidisciplinary practice bringing together masterplanning, planning and economics to unlock the potential of places and communities around the world. We are recognised as industry-leading experts with a design-led approach to creating people-centred and viable places, with a project culture based on collaboration and rigorous review. Since our founding in 2017, we have grown to over 100 team members, including urban designers, landscape architects, planners, economists and data scientists, all with deep experience in shaping and visualising new urban and rural environments.
Prior + Partners works across district, city and regional scales, moving between strategic and conceptual ideas to development and implementation. Our portfolio includes major regeneration and new community projects across the UK, and globally we have led the masterplan for a 130,000 sqkm natural reserve in Saudi Arabia, supporting its ambition to become the world’s largest desert conservation project, alongside major urban growth initiatives such as the transformation of a significant industrial site in Abu Dhabi. Across all of this portfolio, landscape is central to our approach – it shapes how places function and evolve, and is embedded within the built environment to support resilience, environmental performance and everyday life.

- Managing coordination across multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes;
- Supporting project planning, resourcing and delivery across multiple stages;
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a positive studio culture;
- Contributing to bids and broader work-winning activities.
About you
- Degree in landscape architecture, urban design or a related discipline;
- Around 8+ years’ experience working on multidisciplinary landscape and masterplanning projects;
