As they continue to expand, they're looking for a friendly, organised Customer Service Representative to join the team. You will be responsible for:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries via phone and email, providing a prompt and professional response
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently, liaising with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with new and existing customers
- Resolving any issues or complaints in a calm, solutions-focused manner
- Maintaining accurate customer records and order information on internal systems
