We are a premium print company based in Central London, producing high-quality small and large format work for some of the world's most iconic brands. We are now looking for a sharp, numerically-minded Print Estimator to join our tight-knit, 16-person team.
You will be quoting complex jobs across multiple formats, communicating directly with high-end clients, and ensuring every detail - from spec to price to delivery - is accurate and on point.
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for small and large format print jobs
- Liaise directly with clients and account managers to clarify specs and advise on the best production approach
- Manage the quoting process from initial enquiry to confirmed job handover
- Make light pre-press adjustments (e.g. bleed setup, minor imposition, resolution checks)
- Track and follow up on quotes, with the potential to earn commission on successful conversions
- Collaborate with production to ensure cost-efficiency, timing, and job feasibility
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines with absolute accuracy
You Must Have:
- 3+ years experience within the print industry (this is non-negotiable).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills - confident with cost breakdowns, margins, and turnaround logistics
- Excellent spoken and written English - you'll be communicating directly with high-profile clients
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and general prepress principles
- High attention to detail and the ability to work calmly under pressure
