Obowiązki:
- Nadzorowanie przebiegu procesu produkcyjnego
- Odpowiedzialność za terminową realizację zleceń
- Nadzór nad jakością
- Rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów produkcyjnych
- Zarządzanie i organizacja pracy zespołu pracowników
- Optymalizacja produkcji oraz zwiększanie wydajności maszyn
- Odpowiedzialność za utrzymanie maszyny i urządzeń w stanie gotowości technicznej
- Praca w systemie dwuzmianowym
Wymagania:
- Minimum 2-letnie doświadczenie w branży poligraficznej (mile widziane – produkcja opakowań z tektury litej)
- Wiedza z zakresu technologii poligraficznej
- Umiejętność skutecznego rozwiązywania problemów produkcyjnych
- Wysoka świadomość utrzymania najwyższej jakości i powtarzalności
- Dobra organizacja pracy własnej oraz podległego zespołu
- Umiejętność słuchania i weryfikacji potrzeb pracowników
- Umiejętność zrozumiałego przekazywania pracownikom ustalonych celów, zadań oraz obowiązujących instrukcji i procedur
- Obsługa komputera i znajomość pakietu MS Office
