The Role
We are looking for an experienced individual in a Large Format Print role to take full ownership of project delivery. This role doesn’t require managing projects behind an office desk, it requires having the right ideas and actively making them happen. You will be working in the front lines of our company, scheduling production in line with programme, reviewing and signing off visual proofs to production, and taking responsibility for troubleshooting on site. As the main project manager, you will be taking full ownership of projects from internal handover through to final sign off. Most importantly, you will be a professional ambassador and face of Printflow Communications, representing our award-winning organisation.
Key requirements for this role:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a large format print role
- A clean UK full driving licence
- Attendance on site expected when required – Wandsworth, London, SW18 4GQ
- Comfortable with nationwide travel as a regular part of the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget and to agreed quality standards
- Act as the single point of accountability for project delivery
- Anticipate risks and resolve issues before they escalate
- Compliance to Health and Safety, quality control, budget control, programme adherence, installer coordination and site readiness verification
- National travel dependent on where projects meet demand
- Schedule production in alignment with installation programmes and client deadlines
- Coordinate directly with the approved production partner to ensure clear timelines and delivery sequencing
- Review and sign off visual proofs prior to production in line with client brief and specification
