The Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly competent Large Format Graphic Installer to join our Ops team. This role doesn’t require managing projects behind an office desk; it requires having the right ideas and actively making them happen. You will be working in the front lines of our company, delivering high quality installations across a variety of environments.
Key requirements for this role:
- Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in a large format graphic installation role
- A clean UK full driving licence
- Comfortable with nationwide travel as a regular part of the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of large format graphics across a variety of substrates and environments
- Handling of large format printed finals to a high professional standard
- Quality checking installations through site preparation, measuring, finishing and trimming
- Ensuring a safe and professional working environment on client sites
- Managing installations independently when required
- Supporting wider operations and installation teams on larger projects
- Maintaining company tools, equipment and vehicles responsibly

- Strong experience in large format graphic installation
- Confident in fitting window manifestation graphics, solar control film, and digitally printed wallpapers using spliced installation methods
- Excellent understanding of handling and fitting large format graphics and finals

- Able to work effectively both solo and within a team
- Able to make decisions and solve problems on the spot
