The Printed Cup Company is looking for temporary telesales agents to support our growing marketing activity by contacting warm inbound leads generated through our marketing channels. This role does not involve cold calling. You will be speaking with potential clients who have already expressed interest in our products and are expecting contact from our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, introducing our services, answering questions and guiding potential customers through the enquiry process. Full product training and telephone training will be provided. The role is based in our modern office facilities attached to our warehouse and production factory in Clitheroe, providing a great opportunity to understand how our products are manufactured and supplied.
