As a digital press operative, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end digital printing process.
You will be responsible for the day to day running and maintaining of the print presses, ensuring quality and maximum output is achieved.
2-week rotational shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am).

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain digital printing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and quality output.
- Receive and review print job orders, understanding specifications and requirements.
- Monitor print runs to identify and address any issues, ensuring smooth production processes.
- Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to ensure longevity and prevent downtime.
- Manage and organize print materials, including loading and unloading paper and other supplies.
- Conduct quality checks on printed materials to meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to create a secure and efficient working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Digital Print Operative or in a similar role within the printing industry preferred but not essential.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or overtime as needed.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift 20kg
