As a print finishing operative, you will play a crucial role in making printed materials into professional products, utilizing precision cutting, laminating, binding, folding techniques as well as other finishing skills. You will ensure that the customers receive a quality finished product.
Responsibilities
- Execute various finishing processes such as cutting, binding, laminating, and folding to complete printed product.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet high standards and customer expectations.
- Operate and maintain finishing equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance.
- Manage workflow efficiently to meet production schedules and ensure timely delivery of finished products.
- Handle and organize printed materials, preparing them for finishing processes.
Working 2pm – 10pm Shift.
- Prior experience as a Print Finishing Operative or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering finished products of the highest quality.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues during the finishing process.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities throughout the working day
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or overtime as needed.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift 20kg
