We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a highly respected and innovative luxury packaging business, for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across Scotland. This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with a strong background in the luxury sector and proven experience selling into Scotland’s premium drinks market.
The Opportunity
Our client partners with leading luxury and premium drinks brands, delivering bespoke, high-end packaging solutions. They are now looking to strengthen their presence in Scotland by appointing a Sales Manager with an established network and deep understanding of the premium drinks landscape, including whisky, gin, and craft spirits brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow market share across Scotland
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the premium drinks sector
- Manage and expand existing key accounts, building long-term partnerships
- Take a consultative approach, working closely with clients to deliver tailored luxury packaging solutions
- Liaise with internal design, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Represent the business at industry events and trade exhibitions
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a senior sales role within the luxury sector
- Demonstrable success selling into the premium drinks industry in Scotland
- Strong network across whisky, gin, and premium beverage brands
- Experience within luxury packaging, print, branding, or related premium product sectors highly advantageous
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable operating autonomously
- Full UK driving licence
