GFIXST AI is an AI powered client acquisition system built exclusively for the legal industry. It is a premium subscription product designed to help law firms generate consistent high value client enquiries using advanced AI driven acquisition systems. This tech is designed to outperform all Social Media and Online advertising for Law firms and guarantees a fixed number of case leads every quarter.

We are not looking for average salespeople. We are recruiting experienced high ticket closers who can generate leads, sell premium technology solutions to senior decision makers and consistently perform under structured targets. If you have closed high value deals, understand technology sales, and are confident selling to Managing Partners and Firm Directors, this opportunity is for you.

Role Structure

  • Stage 1 – Agreed Work Trial: Performance based assessment period to demonstrate closing ability and strategic execution.
  • Stage 2 – Monthly Contract: Guaranteed wages with defined minimum performance targets.
  • Stage 3 – Full Time Contract: Base Salary - £18.75 per hour; Monday to Friday; 5 hours per day; Guaranteed wages; Performance role with required monthly targets. Flexible working days and hours. Performance is measured by results.

Minimum Performance Requirement

You must achieve either:

  • Minimum 3 monthly High Ticket sales between Tier 1 to 7 OR
  • Minimum 5 monthly sales on our taster tiers between Tier 8 to 12

Targets are non negotiable. This is a performance role.

Bonus Structure

Once the monthly minimum requirement is achieved: £1000 bonus paid for every additional Tier 1 to 7 package sold within that month. High performers are rewarded. There is no ceiling for those who can consistently close.

What We Expect

  • Develop and execute a clear sales strategy for GFIXST AI within the legal sector
  • Prospect and approach law firms across the UK and USA
  • Speak directly to Managing Partners and Firm Directors
  • Control the sales conversation and close decisively
  • Submit a structured monthly route plan
  • Provide a monthly report of law firm directors contacted, spoken to and closed
  • Maintain pipeline discipline and consistent outreach

  • Proven portfolio of high ticket sales
  • Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions
  • Comfortable selling to senior decision makers
  • Independent and self managed
  • Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
  • Data driven and performance focused
  • Resilient and commercially minded
