Company Description
Print Clever is a fast-scaling, tech-led print and fulfilment company with UK-based manufacturing. This is a rare opportunity to lead a new division with startup energy, backed by operational excellence and a proven team.
Role Description
We’re hiring a Sales & Account Manager to drive growth in this exciting new vertical. You’ll be responsible for identifying new clients, converting leads into loyal customers, and nurturing accounts through excellent service — both online and face-to-face.
You\’ll be selling a full-service model: custom-branded merchandise, white-label e-commerce stores, and UK-based print-on-demand fulfilment. Expect to visit clients on-site, build long-term relationships, and become a trusted advisor on branded apparel and promotional strategy.
Responsibilities
- Win new business across SMEs, trades, hospitality, and service sectors

- Advise on product selection and pricing tailored to client needs
- Set up branded online stores and ensure onboarding success
- Manage accounts for repeat orders, upsells, and long-term satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and generate leads
- Maintain CRM records and report on pipeline and performance
- Hit monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets
About You
- 2–5 years of B2B sales and/or account management experience
- Background in merch, print, fulfilment, or service-led sales preferred
- Confident with both digital outreach and in-person relationship building
- Enjoys travelling to meet clients and building trust face-to-face
- Commercially driven and comfortable managing multiple small-to-midsize accounts
- Strong communicator with great follow-through
- Tech-savvy and organised, with good CRM habits
