This role involves directing the implementation of corporate and site policies related to quality and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with Food Safety Standards and customer requirements. Responsibilities include overseeing product inspections, managing log programs, understanding manufacturing and QA/QC documentation, updating QA/QC documents, leading customer audits, and reviews.

What to expect?
- Ensure certification compliance across the company (e.g., FSSC, NSF-GMP, RSPO)
- Lead audits and serve as a key quality and food safety partner across departments
- Contribute to risk reduction and cost savings through quality strategies
- Collaborate with manufacturing to drive continuous improvement and compliance
- Prepare and analyze quality reports, including trend analysis and corrective actions
- Support and train employees on food safety and quality programs
- Provide leadership in product and process development, ensuring consistency
- Manage Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and risk-based initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and emerging issues
- Lead HACCP/TACCP/VACCP programs and manage crisis responses
- Oversee product controls, incident management, and customer complaints
- Conduct food safety audits and monitor hygiene and pest control standards
- Drive quality improvements impacting financial and customer outcomes
Does this sound like you?
- Relevant degree in Chemical or Food Science (preferred)
- At least 5 years in quality control/assurance, preferably in food/ingredient/supplement manufacturing
- Laboratory experience (preferred)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ERP and LIMS systems (preferred)
- Proficiency in business English is essential
