This role sits within a high-performing video sales specialist team supporting large enterprise clients. The remit is clear: drive revenue growth through best-in-class YouTube strategy, working at the intersection of media, creative and commercial execution.
You will operate as a senior client-facing specialist, partnering with agency and brand stakeholders to shape video strategy, unlock incremental investment, and deliver commercially impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead client-facing YouTube and video strategy conversations across a portfolio of high-value accounts
- Develop and deliver compelling sales narratives and pitches to agencies and direct clients
- Identify and unlock revenue growth opportunities within existing relationships
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, product, measurement, creative) to deliver integrated solutions
- Influence go-to-market strategy and provide feedback on product positioning and market opportunities
- Drive adoption of video solutions through workshops, training, and strategic consultation
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights to support client decision-making
- 8–10 years’ experience across media, digital advertising, or video sales
- Background from media agencies (WPP, Publicis, Omnicom) or platform sales (Meta, TikTok, Amazon, TV broadcasters) strongly preferred
- Strong client-facing experience with proven ability to present and influence senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of video, AV, social, and programmatic ecosystems
- Commercially driven with a track record of contributing to revenue growth
- Highly credible communicator with strong storytelling and pitching capability
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
