What you'll be doing Owning design end to end - turning real, messy user needs into clear journeys, mock-ups and prototypes that actually get built. Working closely with UX researchers to design for what users need, not what we assume they need. Sitting shoulder to shoulder with product and engineering, staying in the detail so what ships is what you drew. Helping the design system grow, so good decisions get made once and reused. Designing across both desktop and mobile. What you'll bring 4-6 years in UX, product or interaction design, on complex or enterprise-grade tools rather than purely consumer work. Real depth in Figma - it's where you'll live. A portfolio that shows your thinking, not just your screens. Strong complex-tooling work from any domain counts; it needn't be advertising. Systems thinking, and the knack for explaining a thorny problem - and your way through it - so designers and non-designers both follow you. A working command of user-research practices.
