We\’re hiring a Supply Chain, Logistics & Inventory Analyst for a global tech company – a role that keeps their UK warehouse operations running like clockwork.
You\’ll make sure every shipment that lands in the UK matches its purchase order perfectly, keep stock levels balanced, and jump in quickly when something doesn\’t add up. Accuracy is everything here.
You\’ll work closely with a Netherlands-based manager and global teams across Europe and Asia – so strong communication and ownership are key.
What\’s in it for you?
- Contract: 6-7 months (until May 2026, possible extension) – inside IR35 – PAYE
- Salary: £70,000 annually (pro rata)
- Location: Fully remote in the UK (you cannot work abroad – candidates to be considered MUST be physically present in the UK with a valid work permit)
- Travel: London office every 1-2 months + quarterly warehouse visits

- Check inbound shipments match POs – every time.
- Fix stock issues and keep inventory data clean.
- Use Oracle ERP, Jira, Looker, and Excel daily.
- Coordinate with global teams and suppliers.
