A global enterprise technology organisation is seeking a Senior Digital Implementation Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile candidate experience transformation programme. This role will focus on implementing and optimising digital career site experiences, managing platform integrations, improving recruitment workflows and ensuring the successful delivery of customer-facing web solutions.

You will work across multiple stakeholder groups including Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, Product, Design and Engineering teams to deliver a seamless digital experience for candidates whilst driving measurable improvements in recruitment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of digital career site solutions.
  • Manage integrations between recruitment platforms and enterprise systems.
  • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into implementation plans.
  • Partner with stakeholders to optimise candidate journeys and user experiences.
  • Coordinate project delivery across design, product, engineering and business teams.
  • Develop and execute UAT plans and quality assurance processes.
  • Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies and governance activities.
  • Audit existing digital recruitment experiences and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet agreed quality standards prior to launch.
  • Provide regular project reporting and status updates to leadership stakeholders.
Required Experience
  • 3+ years' experience managing complex web application or digital platform projects.
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end digital implementation programmes.
  • Experience managing website launches, platform deployments or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience defining requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of testing, QA and deployment processes.
  • Experience managing project plans, risks and delivery timelines.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with recruitment technology platforms.
  • Experience with career sites or customer-facing digital experiences.
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms, SEO and digital content optimisation.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS and web technologies.
  • Experience within SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
  • Exposure to Workday, Paradox, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, Beamery, Eightfold or similar platforms.
