  • We are hiring an experienced

Strategic Partnerships Development Manager to join a global technology organisation.

This is not a sales role . We are looking for someone with strong experience developing and managing strategic partnerships, ideally within e-commerce, retail, digital products or technology .

You will own complex partner relationships from initial opportunity through negotiation, integration and ongoing management.

A key part of the role will be working cross-functionally with internal teams, including

Product and Engineering , to ensure partnerships are successfully delivered and create a strong experience for both the partner and end customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships across e-commerce, retail and/or technology ecosystems.
  • Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities aligned with product and business strategy.
  • Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from initial engagement and negotiation through contracting, integration and ongoing relationship management.
  • Work closely with

Product, Engineering and other cross-functional teams to successfully deliver partner integrations and initiatives.

  • Translate partner requirements into clear internal actions and help navigate technical and operational considerations.
  • Negotiate and finalise complex partnership and supplier agreements.
  • Build strong relationships with senior external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple partnership initiatives and stakeholders within a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Strong experience in strategic partnerships, product partnerships, partner development or a closely related role .
  • Ideally, experience within e-commerce, retail, marketplaces, retail technology or digital products .
  • Experience partnering with

Product and/or Engineering teams on integrations, product launches or technical initiatives would be highly advantageous.

  • Strong negotiation and contract management experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior and executive level.
  • Strong project and programme management capabilities.
  • Comfortable using data, metrics and insights to assess partnership performance and inform
