We are hiring a Partner Operations & Activation Manager to support a high-performing Ads Measurement team within a global technology environment. This role sits at the centre of EMEA operations, ensuring large-scale measurement programmes are delivered effectively across multiple markets. You will work closely with internal sales and specialist teams to track progress, maintain reporting accuracy, and drive operational excellence across partner initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end coordination of measurement programmes, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are consistently tracked.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor performance, identify gaps, and escalate risks to stakeholders.
- Partner with EMEA sales and specialist teams to ensure alignment across multiple markets and projects.
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and drive automation or process improvements.
- Support onboarding and activation of partners within measurement programmes.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across tracking systems and reporting outputs.
Required Experience
- 5–8 years’ experience in program management, operations, or partner activation roles within a tech or digital environment.
- Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams (ideally EMEA exposure).
- Solid analytical capability (Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards; SQL exposure beneficial).
- Experience working within advertising, measurement, or platform ecosystems is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify issues and drive resolution.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with manual processes evolving toward automation.
