We're recruiting for an experienced Benefits Specialist to join a global organisation, with opportunity to lead strategic benefits programmes, partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver competitive, compliant and market-leading employee benefits.
You'll be responsible for driving benefits programmes from design through to implementation, ensuring compliance, managing vendors, benchmarking against the market and delivering an outstanding employee experience.
