You'll own complex research programmes end-to-end, influence at the highest levels, and operate with genuine autonomy. You'll be doing things like:
- Designing and running qual and quant research across complex product areas
- Turning insights into strategy that actually moves the needle
- Influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Owning research programmes, not just contributing to them
You'll need:
- 5+ years UX research experience
- Strong qualitative and quantitative methodology chops
- Experience with dScout, Qualtrics, or UserZoom
- Confidence presenting and influencing at senior level
The package:
- Annual Salary of £116,000 doe
- 11 months contract Inside IR35, PAYE weekly via Principle HR
- Location - Central London, Hybrid - 3 days onsite
- Annual holidays, paid bank holidays
