This role goes beyond sourcing. It’s about owning the top of the funnel—partnering with recruiters and hiring leaders to decode complex hiring needs, map the market, and deliver talent strategies that give us an edge across EMEA.

The Offer:

• Competitive salary range of £80,000 – £90,000 pa
• Hybrid working form Central London office
• Role will start on a 6-month contract which is likely to be extended

Your Impact

• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies for high-priority, hard-to-fill roles
• Build pipelines across diverse EMEA markets—including tough-to-crack emerging regions
• Use talent intelligence tools like LinkedIn Insights and Gartner to drive data-backed decisions
• Own outreach and early engagement—craft narratives that turn passive prospects into active candidates
• Keep us market-smart: share trends, signal shifts, and competitive intelligence
• Nurture a living network of industry talent to meet both immediate and future demand

• Deep sourcing experience across EMEA, with a strong grasp of market dynamics

• Strong communicator—clear, persuasive, and thoughtful in approach
• Fast learner, systems-fluent (Workday experience a plus)
