Senior People Analytics Product Manager to join a high-performing People Analytics team responsible for delivering data products and strategic insights that influence executive decision making.

Working closely with senior HR and business leaders, you'll own the road map for a portfolio of analytics products, helping transform complex workforce data into meaningful insights that improve organisational performance.

This role combines product management, people analytics, stakeholder engagement and advanced data storytelling.

What You'll Do

  • Own the roadmap for strategic People Analytics products
  • Deliver executive dashboards and workforce insights
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify opportunities through data
  • Drive adoption of analytics products across the organisation
  • Develop dashboards, reports and data visualisations
  • Translate complex workforce data into clear business recommendations
  • Evaluate product effectiveness and continuously improve user experience
  • Support employee listening initiatives including survey insights
  • Influence strategic workforce decisions using data-driven recommendations
  • Lead large-scale analytics initiatives across global teams

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years’ experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics or Workforce Analytics
  • Experience managing analytics products or data platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management at Director or Executive level
  • Experience building dashboards and executive reporting
  • Ability to communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong understanding of people data and HR systems
  • Experience leading enterprise analytics projects
