Remote UK

We are hiring a Senior Partnerships Lead to help take new platform products to market through early, high-impact partnerships. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on building partnerships from scratch, validating new use cases, and scaling what works globally. It is not a maintenance role and not traditional BD.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and secure early strategic partners to validate new platform products
  • Launch partnership programmes from 0-1, define success metrics, and scale globally
  • Build senior-level partner relationships with tailored commercial and go-to-market strategies
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing on deep technical integrations
  • Use partner feedback and data to influence product direction and prioritisation

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years’ experience in partnerships, platform, or ecosystem roles
  • Proven experience launching new partnerships or programmes from scratch
  • Background in travel, transport, experiences, marketplaces, or platform businesses
  • Experience with B2B partnerships involving product or API integration
  • Strong product mindset and comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Clear, confident communicator who can operate at senior level
