This is a senior, hands-on campaign operations role supporting large-scale, international media programmes across a portfolio of global consumer products.

You will own the end-to-end execution and health of live media campaigns, working closely with agencies, marketing leads and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless delivery, optimisation and performance throughout flighting.

What You Will Be Accountable For

  • End-to-end campaign preparation, activation, trafficking and QA across media and measurement
  • Day-to-day ownership of live campaign health, pacing, delivery and optimisation
  • Coordinating with agencies to execute in-flight optimisations based on performance signals
  • Managing campaign measurement set-up, including tracking and brand lift studies
  • Leading contamination, pacing and delivery checks to protect campaign integrity
  • Acting as the escalation point for campaign, platform or measurement issues
  • Driving post-campaign reporting, insights and continuous improvement
  • Managing operational governance including spend controls, POs, billing and trackers

What We Are Looking For

  • 5–6 years’ experience in media campaign execution or campaign operations
  • Proven experience managing live, complex, multi-market campaigns
  • Strong media analytics and performance optimisation capability
  • Confident working with agencies, vendors and senior internal stakeholders
  • High attention to detail with the judgement to prioritise under pressure
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
