The opportunity: We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Analytics Lead to partner with globally recognised brands and help shape how they measure advertising effectiveness across digital and cross-media platforms. This isn’t your typical analytics role. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with high-performing sales, creative and engineering teams to run sophisticated experiments, decode complex consumer behaviour, and advise senior clients across markets like the Netherlands, Germany and the UK. You’ll be the go-to person for evidence-based insight, guiding clients through rigorous test-and-learn strategies to drive measurable impact. This is part quant, part storyteller, part strategic partner – a rare mix we know exists in the right person.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the design and delivery of custom ad effectiveness studies and cross-media measurement
- Working with top-tier global clients (think fashion, entertainment and travel giants) to build data-driven marketing strategies
- Partnering with internal teams to embed measurement thinking into every campaign
- Presenting insights with flair and authority to C-suite clients and senior marketers
- Driving adoption of advanced analytics tools, products and methodologies
You’ll need to bring:
- Deep experience in marketing science or advertising measurement – ideally within a high-growth tech, platform, or media environment
- Strong client-facing skills – you’re credible in the room with senior stakeholders and not afraid to challenge the brief
- SQL proficiency is non-negotiable – and if you also speak Python or R, all the better
- A mind that’s both analytical and strategic – you can zoom in on the data and zoom out to the bigger picture
- Experience influencing planning and buying behaviours
- A natural flair for storytelling with data – clear, confident and consultative
- Cross-market experience (especially across Europe)
What’s in it for you:
- Work with a truly diverse, supportive and intellectually curious team
- Access to cutting-edge tools and smart, engaged colleagues
- High-impact projects with household name brands
