A global enterprise technology organisation is seeking a Senior Deal Operations Analyst to support a high-performing EMEA sales organisation during a critical growth phase. This role sits within the commercial operations function and partners directly with Enterprise Sales teams to structure, validate and progress complex SaaS deals across the full sales cycle. The successful candidate will operate as a strategic commercial partner to Sales, Finance, Legal and Revenue teams, ensuring deals are commercially sound, compliant and operationally executable. This is a fast-paced environment with significant exposure to enterprise-level transactions and quarter-end activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Enterprise Sales teams to structure commercial SaaS deals
  • Manage quote creation, approvals, pricing and proposal generation through Salesforce CPQ
  • Support contract generation and commercial documentation workflows
  • Coordinate with Legal, Revenue, Credit and Finance teams to progress deals efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with internal commercial governance and revenue policies
  • Support quarter-end close activities and high-volume sales cycles
  • Review commercial terms, booking structures and operational risk areas
  • Maintain data accuracy across Salesforce and related systems
  • Drive process improvement initiatives across deal workflows and approvals
  • Support transition and operational alignment with evolving systems and processes

Required Experience

  • 4+ years' experience within Deal Desk, Deal Operations, Revenue Operations or Sales Operations
  • Strong Salesforce and CPQ experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS or technology sales organisations
  • Strong understanding of deal structuring and commercial approvals
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional business stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in high-volume quarter-end environments
  • Exposure to SAP, Oracle or Dynamics environments is advantageous
